The following two sutras of Hatha Yoga Pradipika are very secretive:

धौतिर् बस्तिस् तथा नेतिस् त्राटकं नौलिकं तथा । “
कपालभातिश् चैतानि षट्कर्माणि प्रचक्षते ॥ २२॥

These are: gastric cleansing (Dhauti), colon cleansing (Basti); on the other hand, nasal cleansing (Neti), eye cleansing (Trataka), small intestine cleansing (Nauli), and finally, lung cleansing (Kapalabhati). They are called the six actions (shat-karma). ||22||

कर्म षट्कम् इदं गोप्यं घटशोधनकारकम् । “
